A Letter from Me to You
Dear Friend,
I’m 72 years old, and I’ve seen more than my fair share of heartache—not just the kind life throws at you, but the kind people create for themselves. I’ve watched kind, capable people ruin relationships … lose trust … sabotage their own happiness—because of a flaw they refused to admit … or face.
I’ve watched people blame everyone else while crumbling inside. I’ve watched good intentions get buried beneath bad habits. And I’ve seen what happens when no one stops to say, “This isn’t who you have to be.”
But what hurts most? Seeing those same behaviors fester in children. Little ones already learning to lie, criticize, blame—before they even know what the words mean. I wonder sometimes … Is it getting worse? Or am I just seeing it more clearly now? Maybe it’s both.
And I can’t help but ask … What kind of future are we shaping if we keep passing this down?
It breaks my heart. And it makes me speak up.
That’s the reason I do this. Not because I think I’m better—but because I’ve lived long enough to know that change is possible. I’ve seen people turn their lives around—not many, but enough to give me hope. I’ve seen what happens when someone finally decides, “Enough. I want better.”
If you’ve felt that—if you’ve ever looked at yourself and wished for a different way—I want you to know something:
It’s not too late.
You’re not too far gone.
And the better version of you is still in there, waiting to be found.
Sometimes we just need a little help to find our way there.
That’s why I’ve created these guides—to walk with you through the process of becoming who you were always meant to be, step-by-step. To help you understand your patterns, recognize your potential, and step into a version of yourself that feels lighter, kinder, stronger—someone you can embrace.
I believe in that version of you.
It’s begging to be released. Will you set it free?
With all my heart,
Darline
